Wilder Bros Craft has been tapped to rejuvenate the cocktail programs both at Potenza and at Zola. Brothers Ari and Micah Wilder have taken classic old world recipes and transformed them into progressive new world drinks. Through their research of the history and lure of the cocktail, they have identified lost ingredients and are now creating them on an exclusive basis for Stir’s restaurants. These classic recipes are infused with the kick of the brothers’ own locally produced flavored mixers including gomme syrups, almond-based orgeat syrup, and cinnamon-infused Grenadine. They currently utilize the Stir Food Group’s commercial kitchens at Zola and Potenza for production.
